I.WAS.BORN.TO.BAKE. Point blank.
I was born into baking and while my love started as a way to satisfy my sweet tooth and cravings, it grew to a love of the artistry of baking, the experimentation of flavor profiles, and the desire to find new ways to design edible creations that were unique.
Some of my earliest memories as a child were in my mother’s tiny kitchen watching her tirelessly make custom themed birthday cakes, tins and tins of Christmas cookies, the smells of the endless bundt cakes for church functions, and my most cherished role as the official taste tester and spoon sampler.
